Mechanical Design

As VERTE Elektronik, we design the enclosures, structural analysis and thermal analysis of the power electronics units we design, with the support of CAD software, in accordance with industrial and military standards and quality standards.

Being aware of the fact that the products we produce will be exposed to the harshest environmental conditions, we meticulously carry out thermal design and structural analysis studies with the aim of working in the field for a long time without any problems.

In case of demand, we provide design and production support in line with customer requests in mechanical design and production.

Test

We meticulously perform card level and unit level tests of electronic cards and units that we design and manufacture. We design automatic test systems for our units to be produced with mass production in order to increase the speed of delivery of our units to the customer and to minimize errors that may be overlooked by the human factor.

We design our products to meet military standards and perform qualification tests. (MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-1399, RTCA DO-160, EN2282, MIL-DTL-901 )

Production

With our experienced soldering and electro-mechanical assembly technicians, we carry out our card soldering and unit electro-mechanical assembly activities in accordance with IPC standards. We carry out prototype production and mass production activities meticulously by observing customer satisfaction and relevant standards. We aim to solve our electronic card production needs within our company by realizing the card soldering machine park investment we have planned.
